TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Only event train tickets will be honored for travel on event trains, as fares differ from all other tickets.
Tickets for special trains will be sold via the mobile app, online, and in person at select stations. Tickets are valid only for the specific event and date for which they are purchased and are non-refundable. This applies to multi-day events such as festivals as well as seasonal programs, such as the 49ers games.
Single and multiple tickets can be purchased for an event, and they are transferable. To transfer a ticket(s) from one mobile app account to another mobile app account, requests need to be sent to Ticketing@acerail.com and require 2-3 business days for processing.
Unless noted otherwise, there will be one round trip available for each of the events.
