TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Tickets for special trains are available exclusively through our mobile app or online at app.acerail.com. These tickets are valid only for special trains and are non-refundable. Regular passes and ticket types—including but not limited to one-way, round-trip, and multi-ride passes—cannot be used for special trains. This applies to all special train service, including 49ers games.
When purchasing a special train ticket, select Great America Parkway Station as your destination and 49ers Single Game or Season Pass as the ticket type. Special train tickets can also be used at any stop along the corridor on the day the train is in service.
Unless otherwise noted, one round trip will be available for each event.
· Tickets are valid for the date of issue and include two validations for round-trip to and from the game. They may be used for one-way travel; however, the fare remain at the same rate.
· Weekday service tickets are not valid on the specified dates and cannot be activated.
· All tickets are issued at a flat rate. No discounts are available for children, seniors, or persons with disabilities. Children aged three (3) and older are required to have a valid ticket at the standard flat rate.
· The consumption of alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited on the train.
